Verum Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. The buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International buyers are solely responsible for customs, import taxes, and regulatory compliance in their destination country.
Verum Labs' total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific order in question. Verum Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including any harm, injury, or legal consequences arising from misuse of products.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verum Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.

If independent verification demonstrates a batch does not meet our published specification (≥99% purity), we will replace the product or issue a full refund.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days following receipt of payment and successful verification of the Research Use Acknowledgment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic shipments are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped.
International shipping is available to select jurisdictions. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import laws, customs requirements, and regulations in their destination country. Verum Labs will not fulfill orders to jurisdictions where the products are restricted or prohibited.
Compounds requiring temperature-controlled handling are shipped with cold-chain protocols and insulated, validated packaging. Buyers are responsible for ensuring timely receipt and immediate proper storage upon delivery.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Verum Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages occurring after the carrier takes possession, except as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Verum Labs cannot predict or remit these charges on the buyer's behalf.
Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments) by contacting support@verumlabs.com with the order number and supporting documentation.
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Verum Labs is not liable for non-delivery resulting from address errors. Re-shipment of returned packages may incur additional charges.
All products supplied by Verum Labs are sold exclusively for in-vitro and preclinical research conducted by qualified researchers, laboratories, or institutions. Use of this site and the products purchased through it is conditional on compliance with this policy.
